Contrary to what we are taught, we are in control of our own health and well-being. Our physical bodies manifest what is going on within us, everything we have done, everything we have put into or on our bodies, every thought andfeeling we have had, every joy and trauma we have felt. Our body is a repository of everything we have ever experienced.
According to quantum physics, our physical bodies are holograms of light and information, a matrix of energy patterns and signatures. The wonderful part is that we are capable of changing those energy patterns and signatures with conscious awareness and positive intent.
We are fully capable of changing our health, our relationships and our life situations by consciously changing our perspective of life itself. Every one of us has this innate ability to make change.
